NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Hearing scheduled for Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Westfall Township Building, 102 LaBarr Lane, Matamoras, Pennsylvania. The Public Hearing will be held before the Westfall Township Zoning Hearing Board regarding the application of Walter & Kelly Staszewski who are seeking to appeal the issuance of a Notice of Violation by the Westfall Township Zoning Officer. The Notice of Violation alleges that a sign painted on a box truck located at 1033 Pennsylvania Avenue, Matamoras, PA 18336, constitutes an off-premises advertisement. The Board shall hear evidence at the public hearing from the Applicant and all other interested parties and may likewise deliberate and take action upon the application.

Please take notice that the Westfall Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Joint Workshop Meeting with the Matamoras Borough Council and the Eastern Pike Regional Police Commission on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss the 2026 Police Department Budget. The meeting will occur at the Matamoras Borough Building located at 10 Avenue I, Matamoras, Pennsylvania, 18336.
