NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Hearing scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., has been rescheduled to Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Westfall Township Building, 102 LaBarr Lane, Matamoras, Pennsylvania. The Public Hearing will be held before the Westfall Township Zoning Hearing Board regarding the application of Walter & Kelly Staszewski who are seeking to appeal the issuance of a Notice of Violation by the Westfall Township Zoning Officer. The Notice of Violation alleges that a sign painted on a box truck located at 1033 Pennsylvania Avenue, Matamoras, PA 18336, constitutes an off-premises advertisement. The Board shall hear evidence at the public hearing from the Applicant and all other interested parties and may likewise deliberate and take action upon the application.
