NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Westfall Township Building, 102 LaBarr Lane, Matamoras, Pennsylvania, the Westfall Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing upon the application of Paddler’s Point, LLC for renewal of a previously issued conditional use approval for Garden Apartments upon certain property located on Hulst Drive and identified by tax parcel #098.09-01-01. The Board of Supervisors may approve or otherwise act upon the application and plan following this public hearing.
