Westfall Township
Planning Commission Vacancies
Please take notice that Westfall Township is seeking two (2) residents interested in serving as a member of the Planning Commission, as there are currently two (2) vacancies. The Planning Commission meets twice per month on the second Thursday of the month, and the fourth Tuesday of the month. Duties of the Commission include:
– Reviewing submissions for lot combinations, subdivisions, land developments, and conditional use zoning applications for compliance with Township ordinances and formulating recommendations on the submissions to the Board of Supervisors.
– Reviewing/commenting on proposed land use ordinance amendments to the Board of Supervisors.
– Reviewing/commenting on submissions before the Zoning Hearing Board.
