NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the Westfall Township Building, 102 LaBarr Lane, Matamoras, Pennsylvania, a public hearing will be held before the Westfall Township Zoning Hearing Board regarding the application of Donna Schutz for an Appeal from an Action of the Zoning Officer. The application relates to property located at 218 10th Street, Matamoras (Westfall Township) and seeks review of the Zoning Officer’s denial of a permit to allow the placement of a metal storage container upon the property as an accessory structure. Applicant also seeks review of the classification of the property as being in a “Conservation Zone”. The Board shall hear evidence at the public hearing and may likewise deliberate and taking action upon the application.

The application relates to setback requirements for the proposed construction of a new single-family residence located at 116 Gary Lane, Lot #37, Milford, PA 18337. The Board shall hear evidence at the public hearing from the Applicant and all other interested parties and may likewise deliberate and take action upon the application.
