NOTICE

Westfall Township

Westfall Township is accepting bids for cleaning services at the Westfall Township Building including the Eastern Pike Regional Police Department. Westfall Township is a Tax-Exempt Political Subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  The price of cleaning services should be quoted to include weekly cleaning of offices, bathrooms, stairwell, vestibules, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, emptying office and outdoor garbage, including the ashtray, and annual cleaning to include carpet shampooing, stripping, and waxing the tile floors, and window washing.  Sealed bids can be submitted in person at the Westfall Township Building located at 102 La Barr Lane, Matamoras, PA 18336 or mailed to P.O. Box 247, Matamoras, PA 18336.  Bids must be received by 3:00 pm on Monday, July 1, 2024, in the Township Office.  The bids will be opened, and the contract is expected to be awarded at the Supervisor Meeting scheduled for July 1, 2024, at 7:00 pm.  Any questions should be directed to the Township Office at 570-491-4065.  The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
