PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Westfall Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a Public Hearing on an Application filed by Centerline Communications, LLC for a special exception and variance to construct a commercial communications tower on property owned by Lawrence and Carolyn Oellerich located at 111 Westfall Town Drive (Farm Plus property).
The special exception approval is required under Section 306.B.1b. of the ordinance for property located in the C-2 Zoning District. The variance requests a reduction of the required set back of the tower from all lot lines or similar rights-of-way a distance equal to at least 125 percent of the total height of the tower under Section 402.16.b.1.
Said hearing is to be held at the Westfall Township Municipal Building, Labarr Lane, Westfall, Pike County, Pennsylvania at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
