First off, Westfall Township's Supervisors and Zoning Officer are all out of their minds. I just read an article in The Pocono Record about Jesse Cavalone and his Performance Rodz and Imports. You denied a hard working businessman the right to work by not approving his business for the proper zoning permit.

I know that by the time you read this, all of you will have read The Pocono Record article yourselves. If you don't think that it makes you look like completely ignorant, and anti-business friendly rubes, your kidding yourselves.

Not only have you denied Mr. Cavalone the ability to make a decent living for himself, your denying Westfall Township the much needed income from having a thriving business operating within your township. Business taxes, income taxes. Who knows, if Mr. Cavalone was doing well enough, he may have added on additional employees. There are suppliers who are denied additional income by not supplying Mr. Cavalone's business, parts suppliers, tire suppliers, potential vending machine suppliers. In short, there's a lot of money not being generated because of one bad, wrong decision on the part of Westfall Township's Supervisors and Zoning Officer.

I, for one, and most likely everyone who knows about this situation, or who has read The Pocono Record article, can't understand how you could possibly come to the decision that there is much, if any, difference in the actual usage of this property, besides the actual zoning classification. The bus "terminal" appears to have been way more intrusive, having 80 buses all warming up at once, at 6 AM.
I should think that Mr. Cavalone's potential clients would trickle in one at a time, not 80 at a time. Making for a much quieter neighborhood.

You've made a huge mistake on this one.
